Meet our Lead, Peter Crabbe [MCIPD]
Mr. Peter Mate Crabbe is a Chartered Fellow of CIPD, holds a Master of Arts Degree in Human Resource Management from (University of Westminster, London) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (University of Ghana).
Mr. P. M. Crabbe has gained significant experience in Human Resource Management and Development through working in different capacities within the HR function in various organization including Sainsbury’s Supermarket (United Kingdom), Metropolitan & Allied Bank Ghana, Scancom Limited (MTN Ghana), and Air Liquide Ghana.
His previous responsibilities included General HR, industrial relation, recruitment, HR services, learning & development and Reward & Recognition Mr P.M. Crabbe also served on the Commonwealth Telecommunication Organization (CTO) executive committee for 2 years and the program for development and training Management Committee for 4 years
Currently he is in Vodafone Ghana as HR Manager - L&D, Reward and Shared Services.
